A medical recommendation or “card” is not required for adults 21 years or older to purchase CKSoul Cannabis products. Some retail outlets, however, may require one depending on their licensing status (e.g medical only). Always be sure to check each retailer’s policies! For minors under 21 years of age, doctor’s recommendation is required. A California Medical Marijuana Identification Card is a state-sealed ID which exempts consumers from retail sales tax on medical cannabis. This ID allows patients under the age of 21 to legally possess cannabis while protecting “caregivers” who purchase cannabis for medical patients under the age of 18. For more information: Visit California Department of Health’s Medical Marijuana Program

There is no "one size fits all" approach to using cannabis. A combination of multiple cannabinoids may be best while the dosages of each can vary. Often times, consulting with an experienced cannabis clinician is recommended. They will provide individualized guidance tailored to your specific needs while advising on common adverse reactions, potential medication contraindications and more. CKSoul believes in the simple, smokeless way to dose through tinctures as it offers consumers a method of consumption that doesn’t require combustion or inhalation. Tinctures are easy to store, transport and use as it is the most straightforward way to feel the full effects quicker, directly absorbing into the bloodstream. Our tinctures come with a dropper that allows you to measure and find your optimal dose.

Consuming a tincture sublingually is the most straightforward way to feel the full effects quicker because it is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. When mixing into foods or beverages, the onset of effects will take longer since it is absorbed through the digestive process. The onset time is similar to using an edible. Our products can be administered:

• Orally

• Sublingually

• In tandem with beverage or food

CKSoul’s concentrates are full-spectrum CBD and THC extracts that are designed to capture all of the plant’s therapeutic compounds, together with the added terpenes. The delivery method of a syringe allows you to dispense the purified oil in measured doses with minimal to non-existence loss of product during its use. These syringes can be used in their raw state by:

• Place under your tongue

• Dab

• Vape

The “psychoactive” effects of cannabis most notably come from THC dominant products. This has created a stigma around the use of cannabis, however, when used properly, THC has been shown to provide many therapeutic benefits, especially when used in conjunction with CBD. To mitigate the intoxicating side-effects of THC, we recommend “microdosing” or, using small doses and increasing slowly until you reach a point of efficacy.

THC and CBD products should be kept in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight to prevent degradation. These products can remain viable for up to 1 year or more depending on proper storage. The acidic cannabinoids (THCa and CBDa) can be stored the same way, or, for added shelf-life, kept in the refrigerator.

Although CBD derived from Cannabis and CBD derived from Hemp may look similar, from a functional and chemical perspective, they are quite different. Here’s a look at how you can distinguish the two:

• CBD tinctures derived from Cannabis can contain more than 0.3% of THC while CBD tinctures derived from Hemp, by law, must have less than 0.3% of THC.

• With CBD tinctures derived from Cannabis, you could have psychoactive effects dependent on the product's sum of THC content and the individual’s level of use and comfort. You will not get “high” from CBD tinctures derived from Hemp.

• CBD tinctures derived from Cannabis is only legal in some states. CBD tinctures derived from Hemp is Federally legal per the 2018 farm bill, however, different states maintain different laws on hemp.

• CBD tinctures derived from Cannabis is available for purchase in licensed shops in legal states while CBD tinctures derived from Hemp can be purchased in many places and online.
